The Texas Center for Equity Promotion was founded at the University of Texas to work towards the elimination of health and education disparities among systemically underserved populations. Working within an existing and strong brand like the University of Texas can lead to a smaller unit becoming overwhelmed. Our goal for TexCEP was to establish a connection to UT while highlighting the unique purpose and character of the Center for Equity Promotion. We helped them design their own standout look, including a logo, brand book, and templates in compliance with existing UT brand guidelines to emphasize their mission and goals separate from the university at large.
