Even educators need help learning how to use educational tools sometimes. Robotical is dedicated to bringing STEM education into classrooms all over the world with their fun and accessible learning resources including the Marty robot and Learning Portal. As Robotical’s success has grown, they have looked for ways to improve educator support. They also wanted to reduce the time customer service staff has to spend with new users answering basic questions, freeing them up to provide support for more complicated and involved inquiries.

Our team created a Marty User Guide video to teach educators how to use their new robot and app, speeding up students’ hands on time straight out of the box. We also created a second video that specifically addressed commonly asked questions about the huge number of lessons and activities contained within their online Learning Portal, a feature that aids both novice and expert CS educators.
